Atlas Inspection Technologies is the first company in North America to offer 360° digital scanning.

Atlas takes complete digital imagery of the entire surface of the    shaft.  In addition to a detailed report using  MACP defect coding, Atlas provides a fully interactive viewer file for each survey, enabling the customer to virtually pan and tilt from any point inside the shaft allowing  someone in the office to zoom in or out, rotate or brighten the image post-inspection, measure in the unfolded view of the pipe and view defects at over 6 times the resolution of traditional CCTV cameras.

In addition to a GPS coordinate for each survey, Atlas’ reports also include detailed geometric data on the asset inthe form of a 3D scatterplot profile, enabling the customer to measure between any two points and analyze the ovality of the structure. 

These files can be saved in DXF format and exported into most autocad programs for further analysis including surface area, angles, perimeter, and volume measurement.

Rehabilitation projects can then be tailored to specific conditions for the most cost effective repair method, enabling materials to be prefabricated saving time and money.
