LISY Lateral Launch System For 6" to 40" Ø

LISY 150
mm

Since the introduction of the LISY System, extensive use has been made of the possibility of inspecting laterals and drainage pipes from mainline conduits. The characteristic features of the LISY system include field-proven reliability, a powerful traction system for the lateral camera and high picture quality. A remote-controlled camera tractor conveys the pan and tilt head and the lateral camera JUNO through the mainline sewer up to the entrance to the lateral sewer.

Optionally the pan and tilt camera ORION can be used. The lateral camera is positioned at the entrance to the lateral sewer using the pan and tilt functions of the control head and is then pushed up to 100 feet into the lateral by means of the elastically reinforced camera cable. The lateral camera is equipped with powerful lamps to illuminate lateral sewers and also mainline pipes of up to 12" diameter. Mainline sewers with diameters of 12" upwards can be examined with a control camera - also type JUNO - and auxiliary lighting. The camera tractor connection cable is installed on an electrically driven cable winch which operates automatically and in synchronism with the speed and direction of the camera tractor. The second, elastically reinforced camera cable for the lateral camera is mounted on a manual cable reel. Optionally, a synchronized electric cable reel can be supplied for the same function. The complete system is operated and powered from the control center which also contains all the necessary hardware for documentation of the video data. With the Windows-based IBAK Sewer Analysis Software IKAS30, you have a professional computer-aided report-writing system at your disposal.
