The following newsletter describes our current offerings and advancements in Remote Visual and IR Inspection Equipment Rentals and Infrared Windows. This first edition is to give you an overview of what you will receive from Atlas. Future editions will focus on application stories.

We now offer Infrared Cameras!

Infrared Cameras for rental by the day, week and month. These cameras are user friendly and provide excellent results for electrical inspection, building diagnostics, predictive maintenance for rotation equipment and more.

NFPA 70e and Arc Flash awareness and abatement are becoming more and more prevalent. As part of a program to comply with NFPA 70E and eliminate arc flash, Infrared windows provide a means to inspect your electrical systems for “Hot Spots” without opening equipment covers and without increasing inspectors exposure.

Videoscopes, Pipe Cameras, crawlers, Infrared Cameras, Laser Alignment, Ultrasonic Leak Detection- -Atlas Inspection Technologies, Inc. has been renting top quality industrial inspection equipment since February 2003.

We have recently added Infrared Cameras, Laser Alignment and Ultrasonic Leak detection to our rental inventory. This augments our Borescopes, Videoscopes, Fiberscopes and Pipe Camera Systems. All systems are available for rent by the day, week and month. We charge you for the time you have it and allow 2 days shipping each way! We specialize in recommending the right tool for your job. We now repair all makes and manufacturers of Videoscopes, Fiberscopes, Borescopes, Camera Control Units and Light Sources. We have expanded our repair capabilities to include component level and overhaul repairs on Videoscopes and electronic equipment. We repair bending sections, replace outer braids, recondition video chips, replace and polish optics, as well as complete overhaul repairs.

Problems with your existing Olympus Light Source? Olympus Series 6 Videoscope users can now economically upgrade their ILV-C1 light sources. The new ALS 3000 light source is 5 times brighter, weighs 9 pounds, offers 2500 hours of bulb life, fits into existing Olympus portability cases and powers the required CCU, OVD monitor and DSM digital storage system.

The use of a properly constructed infrared windows enables thermographers to conduct a thermal inspection without increasing exposure to live components, eliminates the triggers of arc flash (accidental contact, items dropping in to open gear, and change of state), and removes the need for a second qualified person to assist in opening covers.

Infrared Windows come in multiple sizes and work with all types of infrared cameras. We now offer turnkey installation services throughout the US and Canada with our partners from the TEGG Services Network.
