IP68 Compliant Low Cost SnakeEye III Videoscope Now Available at Atlas

Atlas is pleased to announce the addition of the Aqua SnakeEye III to its product line. Coming in at under 2 lbs, this unit is portable and light weight, yet made to handle the commercial and industrial demands needed in heavy duty inspection equipment.

As with all inspection equipment that Atlas sells, the SnakeEye III is also part of the Atlas Rentals Program. It has been thoroughly tested by Atlas and by rental customers and is a great low cost video system for remote video inspection. Use the SnakeEye III to inspect airframes, small pressure vessels, behind walls, around pipes and machinery, inside engine compartments, underneath dashboards and vehicles, and to conduct underwater surveys.

The SnakeEye III comes standard with a 5” VGA TFT LCD color display (640 X 480 pixel), 3 levels of camera light control, Video I/O port, extension cable port, external power cord, battery slot, USB Port, SD card slot, a built in speaker and microphone and more. Built on modular construction, the SnakeEye III and has several optional accessories available including an upgraded batterybox to allow more than 10 hours of continuous operation, telescoping poles, 3 foot rigid articulating wand, C-mount camera, IR camera, 3 foot goose neck adapter, sunshield, 23’ carbon fiber adjustable length articulating pole, IP68 Kit as well as other accessories.

Atlas Inspection Technologies will be exhibiting at the 2008 Central A.M.E. Aviation Maintenance Symposium this year. The event will be located at the Victoria Inn, Winnipeg Manitoba, and will kick off on Wednesday March 5th 2008 with a free admission Open House from 5pm to 8pm.
